PACT Act Shipping Info
In December 2020, a congressional amendment to the PACT Act was signed into the law as part of the omnibus spending bill. The effect of this new law broadens the definition of tobacco products to include electronic cigarettes, vapes, E-Liquids, and vaping accessories.
Starting March 27, 2021 the PACT will require online retailers to collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products and require Adult Signature (21+) on all deliveries nationwide. Other compliance requirements include labeling and packaging, record-keeping, and State and Federal registration and reporting.
In addition to these requirements, the major shipping carriers will no longer be shipping vaping products. However, Vapr4Less is committed to providing vaping products to as many customers as possible. Our team will be using a new shipping solution which is in compliance with the different state and federal laws.
Unfortunately, we may not have full shipping coverage for the initial rollout and we, therefor, may not be able to serve our entire customer base due to lack of carrier service. However, we are constantly looking into ways to expand shipping to all locations.
Shipping options, costs, and coverage area will be made available during the checkout process once this carrier has become available on our site. In the meantime, we do recommend that customers stock up on their vaping accessories, like coils or e-liquids, We want to thank you for your patience and understand as we work out more solutions for our customers.

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours regardless of shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in business days (Monday- Friday). Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following business day.
Adult Signature Upon Delivery
Certain states now require Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient must be at least 21 years of age and present upon delivery with valid ID to accept the package. All delivery carriers charge extra for this feature, and our shipping rates have been adjusted.
CALIFORNIA ORDERS - Available soon..
Per California's STAKE Act, we are required to contact customers that place orders to be shipped to California. Customer's will be contacted by telephone with our automated telephone service to confirm your purchase. These calls will occur after 5pm PST. We are unable to ship California orders to PO Boxes. All California orders must be shipped to the verified billing address.

How will I know if you’ve received my order? When you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation receipt via e-mail. Additionally, you will see the order confirmation page after you submit your order. Be sure to print this screen and keep it handy in case you have questions about your order. Delivery Time: Orders ship from our warehouse in Hollywood Florida. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. All orders will be shipped in 24-48 hours after the order is placed. If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will be processed and filled on the following Monday.

If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks.

What shipping option are available? USPS First Class Mail (3-7 days), Priority Mail (2-3 days)

In order to protect our customers’ privacy, we will no longer be able to ship merchandise to a separate address from the billing address on orders over $49.99. The billing address AND shipping address MUST match in order for us to ship an order over $49.99. The only exception to this will be shipping to APO/FPO addresses; however, the billing information MUST match the credit card being used to make the purchase. Any information that does not match will cause a delay in shipment or possible cancellation of the order.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
