Flip Keno Series Clearomizer upside down.
Unscrew the metal base.
Fill with liquid avoiding the center tube.
Screw base back onto the clearomizer.

How to change coils:

Flip Keno Series Clearomizer upside down.
Unscrew metal base.
Unscrew coil.
Attach new coil.
Screw base back onto the clearomizer.
