USPS Signature Confirmation

MasterCard has added a new regulation that all customers placing online orders for tobacco based products, using their MasterCard to pay for their purchases, must also pay for signature confirmation ($5.95).

Orders that qualify for free shipping does not include the signature confirmation, this fee must be paid by the customer.
